Fairplay Terms & Conditions — Every Rule, Clearly Explained in Plain English

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between fairplay (fairplay-jit.net) and all its members. By using the fairplay website, mobile app, or any related services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

These terms have been written in English for the convenience of our members. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the original English version shall be considered final and binding. fairplay reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes via email or on-site notification.

• This platform is intended for entertainment purposes only.
• Fairplay operates under an international gaming license.
• Service availability may vary by country and region.
• All games on fairplay use certified RNG technology.

You must be at least 18 years old to register with Fairplay. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. If Fairplay determines that a member is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same name, ID number, phone number, email, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

• You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• It is your responsibility to notify Fairplay if any of your personal details change.
• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• The account holder is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

Fairplay supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fairplay does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Before processing any withdrawal, Fairplay verifies that the deposited funds have been wagered at least once. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. It is Fairplay's policy that deposits and withdrawals are made using the same source.

Fairplay offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective bonus page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit, one time. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements have been met.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 30x.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days in general. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with a bonus.
• Some games may contribute differently toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Fairplay reserves the right to void bonuses if irregular or abusive bonus activity is detected.

All games on Fairplay are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly tested and verified by independent third parties. Neither Fairplay nor any other party can influence or interfere with game outcomes.

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical fault or the outcome cannot be determined, fairplay will establish the correct result based on the provider's logs. If a game is disrupted by a power outage or internet issue, an attempt will be made to restore the game state upon reconnection.

• Live bets placed on Sports Betting cannot be changed once confirmed.
• For changes in game odds, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.

• Demo mode is free to play — no real money required.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fairplay. If detected, your account may be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting bonuses or applying bonus hunting strategies.
• Collusion — secretly coordinating with other players.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Use of the platform for money laundering or concealing the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities in games.
• Opening an account using a false identity or another person's details.

Fairplay uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. Members may be given the opportunity to provide an explanation before any action is taken.

Fairplay complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. As a result, withdrawals above a certain threshold require completion of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This also helps keep your account secure.

KYC verification typically requires a scan of your National ID (NID) or passport, a selfie, and in some cases proof of address. Verification usually takes 24–72 hours to complete.

• KYC documents must be clear and legible.
• Expired identity documents are not accepted.
• All KYC information is stored with complete confidentiality.
• If verification is rejected, you will be given a specific reason.

Fairplay believes gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. That's why Fairplay provides members with a range of responsible gaming tools that can be used at any time.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Reality Check: A reminder pop-up appears after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months.

You may request to close your account at any time. Once the request is made, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance — however, any bonus funds will be cancelled.

Fairplay may unilaterally suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or legal obligations. Where possible, the member will be notified in advance.

• If you close your account voluntarily, your KYC-verified balance will be returned.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
• Contact support to reopen a closed account.

Fairplay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
