We use multiple layers of security to keep your account protected

Your password is never stored directly. It is converted using bcrypt hashing technology — not even Fairplay staff can view it.
If a login is detected from an unrecognised device, you'll receive an email alert. If it wasn't you, change your password immediately.
Your session ends automatically after a long period of inactivity, so your account stays safe even on shared devices.
If someone enters the wrong password too many times, the account is temporarily locked and you will be notified by email.
Fairplay will never ask for your password via email or SMS. If you receive a suspicious message, contact support right away.
